Mark my words, there has never been a better time to trade small-cap stocks.

When the market enters bear territory, emotion and price dictate investor behavior.

During times like this, many people will “buy the dip” or “hold on” until the pullback is over.

That’s the wrong way to play a bear market.

It’s much more profitable to focus on small-cap stocks and over-the-counter stocks.

After all, nobody buys low-dollar stocks for the dividends and earnings.

They’re buying the stock because they believe shares will start moving higher.

That’s why speculative investors will start pouring into small-cap names as the rest of the market starts dropping.

I’ll be on at 10AM ET on Money Morning LIVE to help you take advantage of this bear market.

Remember, on Fridays I’m on at 10!

Until next time,

Chris Johnson
